One of five plain-language statuses — valid, revoked, superseded, expired or tampered — or an honest "not found" if the reference doesn't match a record.

Check by Document ID

Enter the document ID printed on the record to see what the issuer currently says about it.

This tells you the document's current status with the issuer. It does not check whether a particular file you were sent is the one QERIONN actually issued — to check that, use Verify a document you were given below.

Check a specific document against the issuer's record — not just whether the ID exists, but whether what you are holding is what QERIONN issued.

Status meanings

VALID Active and current in the issuer record.
REVOKED No longer valid according to the issuer.
SUPERSEDED Replaced by a newer document or version.
EXPIRED Past its defined validity window.
TAMPERED Presented details do not match the issuer's authoritative record.

Why this exists

A status check, not a paper trail you have to trust blindly.

Certificates and screening records can be copied, edited or shared out of date. This hub exists so anyone holding a QERIONN-issued reference — an employer, an institution, the document holder themselves — can check what the issuer currently says about it, instead of relying on the document alone.

Verification safety

A QR image alone is not proof of current validity.

Always check the status shown by the official QERIONN verification interface. A copied image, screenshot or older document may not represent the current issuer-controlled state.

If a reference doesn't match an issued record, the interface says so plainly — it never guesses, and it never shows a valid status for a reference it can't confirm.
