Purpose. QERIONN Systems Private Limited (“QERIONN”) provides campus placement readiness, Assessment Centre papers, optional Exam Cell sealed finals, billing, and related support. Personal data is collected for those stated purposes. What we collect. Account identity (name, email, mobile), campus affiliation, profile and CV fields you or your campus submit, assessment sittings and scores, billing contacts, and technical request data needed to run the service (including a login session cookie). Purpose limitation. We do not sell student CTC or compensation figures to students. Marketplace visibility is an explicit opt-in by a Live student. College B’s private roster is never shown to College A. Children. This is a campus product, not a children’s social product. Some campus students may be 17. Where date of birth shows under-18, we flag a guardian / institution notice. We do not collect extra romantic or sexual information. Exam and sealed records. Assessment evidence and Exam Cell sealed vault records have a lawful retention purpose (integrity of the sitting, campus audit, dispute). An erasure request is a request — it does not silently delete exam papers or sealed vault ciphertext. Ops fulfil or refuse with a recorded reason. Your rights. You may request access, correction, or erasure of personal data, or raise a grievance, through the product. Requests are statused. Ops fulfil them. Identity is checked before fulfilment. Grievance officer. The current name, email and phone are published on the Privacy and Grievance pages and can be updated by ops. Cookies. Login uses a necessary session cookie. There are no third-party advertising trackers on this product. A first-party partner referral cookie is set only if you arrive via a partner share link; you may prefer essential cookies and skip new referral cookies.
