Managing Director, QERIONN Systems Private Limited

Anshul Verma is the Managing Director of QERIONN Systems Private Limited, bringing more than two decades of hands-on technology, engineering and delivery experience to the company. His work spans software architecture, enterprise pricing and estimation systems, workflow automation, technical interviewing and the practical delivery of business-critical tools.

He founded QERIONN with a simple conviction: disciplined, outcome-led technology should not be limited to large enterprises. QERIONN applies that approach to recruitment intelligence, verified assessments, software solutions and digital delivery for candidates, institutions and businesses.

Leadership experience

Over his career, Anshul has designed and led complex .NET- and Excel-based applications, with particular depth in pricing, estimation, business rules, financial modelling and delivery governance. Since 2013, he has been responsible for enterprise estimation tooling; since 2015, he has worked in an architecture role for application and automation initiatives.

His signature work includes the architecture of a hybrid deal-pricing platform that brought together role-based web workflows, pre-filled Excel deal templates, .NET services, cloud data pipelines, Oracle integration, validation and authorisation controls, review workflows, and forecast-versus-actual reporting. The underlying model addressed revenue, margins, direct labour costs and multi-country travel economics across 20 countries, including offline calculation capability.

He later helped steer the modernisation of that capability onto an enterprise CPQ platform — leading a 10-member team, shaping complex formula logic, and guiding business validation for rules that demanded both technical and commercial precision.

QERIONN operating philosophy

Anshul combines an engineer's attention to detail with a delivery leader's focus on accountability. Across HR, market research, Oracle and finance functions, he has delivered 500+ internal automation tools aimed at reducing manual effort and improving decision quality.

As a registered technical interviewer since 2016, he has also assessed technology and automation candidates over many years. That experience directly informs QERIONN's approach: screening and recommendations must be structured, explainable, responsibly verified and honestly labelled.

Mandate as Managing Director

As Managing Director, Anshul is responsible for QERIONN's strategic direction, product and service quality, technology architecture, operational governance, partnerships, and the long-term trustworthiness of the company's assessment and digital-delivery ecosystem.

His focus is to build QERIONN as a credible, accessible and engineering-led company — delivering practical solutions with clear scope, measurable milestones and verified outcomes.
